One of the most prominent designs in ISA Yachts’ history has a new flagship. The yacht Sea Raider X is the biggest Gran Turismo currently afloat, having just celebrated her christening.
The megayacht represents a reimagining of ISA’s Gran Turismo series, with styling by A. Vallicelli & C. Design and naval architecture by the shipyard itself. Sporty-design aficionados may remember the two are responsible for the yacht Okto. That 218-footer (66-meter) was the biggest and most famous Gran Turismo from ISA Yachts at delivery in 2014. Similarly, the yacht Sea Raider X has a distinctive combination of strong curves, especially leading aft. The 220-footer (67-meter) also emphasizes outdoor living, especially on the cascading aft decks.

As for the beach club, the owners worked with Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi for the look and feel. It includes a bar, a hammam, and a gym. Notably, the adjacent tender garage is usable as extra beach club space. When the 25-foot (7.5-meter) tender launches via a side hatch, the garage turns the club into a full-beam lounge.
The design studio and the shipyard adapted the Gran Turismo design to include the most in-demand lifestyle features owners and guests enjoy, of course. A 21-foot-long (6.5-meter-long) pool is the centerpiece of the main aft deck, for instance. Ample lounge space surrounds it, for the entire 14-person owners’ party to use. Further usable space opens up quite literally via fold-down side platforms. Twin stairways let guests flow back and forth between the pool area and the beach club, too.

Although no details are available for the interior décor, four livable decks are aboard. (The yacht Sea Raider X has a fifth deck, but it’s a bilge deck.) Six guest suites are below decks, along with seven crew cabins. The owners’ suite is on the main deck, while the captain’s cabin adjoins the wheelhouse, both in keeping with tradition.
Not to be left out, a super-sporty superyacht should call attention to her own lines. To that end, the silver and black paint scheme highlights every curve and angle. Once she begins cruising her owners’ preferred destinations, she’ll remain readily identifiable on the horizon as well.

While she’s currently the largest Gran Turismo launch, the yacht Sea Raider X will have good company soon. The first ISA Gran Turismo 68M project should launch in 2028.
